Say Al hamdulillah

Let us all say Alhamdullilah and thank our Lord for all that we have. It seems never to occur to us that nothing we have is guaranteed (not tomorrow, not even our next breath). Just a reminder that it is not worth being ungrateful and dwelling on what we do not have when in an instant we may lose what Allah has given us. It may be a valid assumption to make, that human nature only allows us to appreciate something in its absence. Think of our countless brothers and sisters who lose their loved ones, their homes, their possessions, their entire lives work in an instant (and I am sure this will inspire us to say Alhamdullilah)…

The PROPHET (P.B.U.H) is reported to have said the following.

““Take advantage of five things before five: Your youth before old-age; your health before illness; your wealth before poverty; your free time before becoming occupied, and your life before death. (Tirmizhi) “
